The sun has set, the temperature is slowly dropping, all too soon, a air horn is heard to the east. Soon enough, CSX intermodal train Q137 rounds the bend behind me. With prime movers roaring, a pair of C40-8Ws haul ass through Sterling at the 55MPH track speed with over a mile of trailers.
The sun has also set for the B&O CPLs at Sterling, replaced with newer ugly signals. You can seen them behind the B&O CPL.

Loving the motion in this shot. Don't think it would have come out so well without it! 
Gotta say though, I kinda like the new Vader signals that have been popping up the last few years. They've got nothing over the Pennsy signals, but... Speaking of those new signals though, are they turned sideways in this shot?
