In a event that happens nearly 3 dozen times every day, a BNSF stack train descends the Cajon Pass into the Los Angeles valley. This one being led by a pair of then brand new GE Gevos. The famed San Andreas fault line is just in the background!

I'm faving this in "earthscapes" because the mountains are way cooler than the usual GEVOs I catch in Hodgkins! But as always...an awesome pic!
