Description

A overpowered Norfolk Southern Herzog stone train begins to dump ballast along the Captina Secondary at a brisk 5MPH west of Powhatan, Ohio. The dumping of the train is satellite controlled and automatically stops dumping stone at a crossing. Its a neat operation to watch.
