A BNSF S class stack train climbs the westbound main in the very last light at Siberia, CA in the Mojave desert. This was one of nearly a dozen westbounds in the last 2 hours of daylight that ran. All while ATSF3751 trudged eastward at 10MPH on Arizona and California track. Had I visited this area before, I would consider the decision to shoot BNSF trains over a steam loco foolish.
Oh, so epic. Totally epic, of course.
Outstanding capture. Great composition, and light to die for. Well done!
Good street picture!!
