Description
Looking down four lane highway Route 7 looking North towards East Liverpool, Ohio. First Energys Sammis plant loams in the foreground. If it seems the road just disapears at the power plant you are almost right. It makes a slight turn to get right next to the river then goes under the plant! To the right is one of the many lock and dams on the Ohio River that control the level of the river.

Another impressive plant on the Ohio, and a few miles around the bend from Bruce Mansfield. I've quite a number of power plant photography trips in this area. Great stuff!
