Stacks at Darling by DragonWolfACe Stacks at Darling by DragonWolfACe
BNSF stack train QRICATG, Richmond, CA to Atlanta, GA, heads east at Darling/Winona, AZ. In a mile the train will be back in the desert, next stop, Winslow, AZ for a crew change. This was a iconic spot for Santa Fe photographers. A personal must do for me.

Good shot! You got the whole train. I think we should use the rails more in this country. Saves alot of money and the environment. Just look how much weight you can hall with only 5 locomotives!

Oh, haha!! Whoops. Yes, theres been some power moves with 15 or so engines. Then theres been some dead head moves to scrap dealers with 25 engines at one time.
