Four light Dash9s with the (to me) ideal perfect lashup (front, front, back, back) have run light from Corwith yard and is entering the massive intermodal yard at Willow Springs to build their train.
The train to the right is one of the few trains that doesnt actually work Willow Springs. It was led by BNSF 8217, the first SD75M for me in four months. I was actually very close to going to Minneapolis to shoot the SD75M deadline but were reactivated before I could go.
By time another train would show, a half hour later, everything would be pitch dark with high winds but no rain. I always like storm shots and this is one of the best Ive done.
