Willard Dawn

The sun has barely had a chance to rise above the horizon and burn the haze as CSX's hottest train heads west with a fresh crew.

Q091 is the empty counterpart to Q090 that hauls vegi's and fruit cross country from Washington state to New York State. On this day however, Q091 sat at Willard for over an hour waiting for congestion to clear. I would turn arround and shoot a eastbound N859, loaded in Wyoming's Powder River Basin, over 1,000 miles to the west.

And for the record, I personally think its insane to haul coal that far away when theres coal less than 50 miles from where the power plant is. But PRB coal is low in sulfer compared to Ohio coal and makes the "greenies" somewhat happy...
