Street Runner

Amtrak ran a special back in July down coal train trackage only. It was called, "Coal goes to war" and the proceeds went to help with the restoration of Alto tower in Altoona. Passenger trains havent run on these tracks, known as the Monongahela, in several decades, nor has any Amtrak engine ever been on this trackage. Making this a very interesting excursion to see! One of the highlights was catching the train running down the streets of West Brownsville, PA, as seen here.
